Eocæn seeks inspiration from the distant past to forge abstract prehistoric soundscapes for listeners to take with them into the future. Eocæn comprises of classically trained cellist, Hannah-Rae Hampson and avant-garde electronic artist Lars Kivig. Both musicians have extensive experience in their respective fields and join forces under the name Eocæn to experiment with live improvisation and classical compositions in an instrumental combination with seemingly limitless possibilities.
